  • Exercise: If you feel bad about yourself, you may be lacking endorphins in your system. Doing physical and mental exercise such as yoga or Pilates will help you to be in tune with your whole body and mind. At the same time, your body will exercise and release all the bad energies and prepare to receive the good and the best.
  • Raise a life purpose: No one can live without a purpose, and if you have not yet found yours, with the help of loneliness you can find it. Learn to listen to your deepest thoughts, know yourself and soon you will discover what you have wanted so much and you will be able to shape your life to achieve it.

Can I feel happy being alone?

Loneliness is not a reason to be sad. Being alone is not a fact to regret or to feel bad about ourselves. We are nine months alone in our mother’s womb, and we continue alone for many years of our lives. So loneliness is a completely natural thing, and even though you can’t see it that way now, loneliness is the best teacher of all.

Therefore, you can feel happy being alone. And if you are not, the problem is not loneliness, the problem is you who do not feel comfortable with yourself. So get to work on it! When we are accompanied, we stop thinking about our own problems and defects, to focus on other people.

It is much easier to evaluate others than to evaluate ourselves and therefore, it is for that reason that many people find it difficult to be alone. Only those who appreciate the value of time alone are capable of achieving more genuine clarity than anyone else.
